Hi.
I am getting in touch with you on behalf of my mum, she was very fed up the other day as she had put weight on, unfortunalty the women in our family, me included, are rather overweight. my mum had joined the haltemprice gym but got dispondant as she felt the poeple there didnt seem very interested in helping her. ive just joined the gym where i live, its a female gym and they are brilliant, really helpful and encourgaing. i think she would really like it if she had someone who knew what they were doing to encourage her and help set targets i suggested to her she find a personal trainer but she said it would be expensive, i woud like some ideas about prices and packages you offer, i wonder if she could have a program where she sees you once a fortnight with a week on her own or half hour sessions, my mum is 54 and she lives in willerby.
